The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is essential for cultivating future leaders within the organization, having successfully resulted in over 2,300 global hires since its launch. Participants can expect to engage in 3–4-month rotations that align with the company's three strategic pillars, focusing on areas such as Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Supply/Logistics Projects. A highlight of the program is the Cheers! Festival, a global induction event where GMTs learn about the company’s strategy from senior leaders and network with peers.
GMTs benefit from access to a global alumni database, opportunities to work in different locations, formal mentoring, and unique learning and development curricula tailored to their zone. Candidates should be adaptable to ambiguous career paths and possess an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Other qualifications include a maximum of 3 years of full-time work experience, legal work authorization, proficiency in English, and full mobility.
